		<description>Well, I imagine that if you work in small batches, you could probably get pretty good results in a blender. Maybe just do a 1/2 cup of the garbanzo beans at a time. I haven’t tried to make hummus in a blender before (and right now, my blender doesn’t have a lid thanks to a very bad golden retriever), but I bet it would be fine. At worst, the texture might be a little grainy.</description>
