It has added sugar and is pretty sweet tasting. Not sure if it will become a staple in our house or not, we'll see if the novelty wears off. Some of us do eat peanut butter though so I may try this out for variety. I try to vary our diet when I can and we have been eating quite a bit of peanut butter lately. Another blogger I met has mentioned a product called Peabutter (made from peas) that I am looking for. I am not sure all the ingredients but it is the only peanut butter substitute I know of that he is not allergic to. Unfortunately, my son who is allergic to nuts is also allergic to seeds including sunflower.
